Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

• You may request an exchange for a different size of the same style.
• All exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing merch.saanja@gmail.com or Contact on +91-9875198837.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• You will need to ship the product back to us at your cost.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the exchange.

Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, you will receive a store credit valid for 30 days.

Color variations (10–12%) due to screen settings and lighting will not qualify for exchange.
